A2: Usually we need 15 days to prepare your order after receiving the deposit..
Q3: Can you do OEM for me?
A3: Yes, We can accept OEM, If the quantity is small, Carton factory don't accept to OEM the carton, if quantity not so big, We can make sticker OEM, if you need one full container, Both Carton and sticker we can OEM for you.
Q4: What's your payment terms ?
A4: By T/T,LC AT SIGHT,30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
Q5: What is your factory capacity ?
A5: Our factory capacity is 400MW Per year, We also do OEM for LONGi, Jinko, Yingli, GCL, Trina and so on.
Q6: What is solar panel warranty ?
A6: 10 years 90% output efficiency, 30 years 80%
Q7: When we install the solar projects, Can we step on the panels?
A7:Please handle with care when installing, and don't step on the panels, It will cracked inside the panels. You can't see it by your eyes, But it will effect the life of solar panel.
